Our visibility in this Universe.

Today while meditating, I got a glimpse of the Universe. I tried to locate myself but I was really tiny – to the extent of being microscopic as compared to this vast Universe. Then I tried to find my problems but it was so small to a point of almost being invisible. I realized, my problems don’t even exits in the scheme of the universe. What exist is my body and that to, for a purpose. I exist in this form not to solve my problems but to solve the problems of the Universe related to every species that is breathing life. The universe has created us and given us life. By leading a good life, we give life to the Universe.

Everyday live with the purpose to make others life better. What is the use of getting worked up on a report that is due for submission or ailing about an illness or feeling guilty about something you shouldn’t have said or resenting someone who hurt you. These are issues which you call problems and will only gnaw the life out of you. Instead, work on that report with the time and effort you can put in. Take care of your body by adopting a healthy lifestyle and gathering all the support you can through medical help. Work on the relationship by either staying in it, with positive communication or putting a closure to a faulty one. MOVE ON. LET GO. Because you exist for love and joy. Learn to respond to every situation with love and kindness instead of reacting with your inner insecurities. You will then realize that every situation is presented as an opportunity for you rather than crisis.

Each of us feel we are the most important creation. And TRUE, we are important based on what we leave behind when we cease to exist. People who have made a difference to this world were a part of this universe when they were breathing life and continue to do so even when they ceased to exist in their physical form. But we do not need to aim to live a life like Gautama Buddha, William Shakespeare, Mozart, Abraham Lincoln, Marie Curie, Mahatma Gandhi, Helen Keller or Mother Teresa to make a difference to live eternally. We can make a difference as a parent, a sister or brother, a friend or a neighbor. When you extend yourself to those around you in form of a good thought, a kind deed or a gentle word, you have made yourself more visible. You are not limited to the space you occupy in your physical form. You are the energy and the influence you spread by making a positive difference to this world.

Next time you are overwhelmed by your problems, just remember to ask yourself this question. Are your problems visible in the universe or rather does it matter to live with joy and love and to spread the same to your family, friends and community? Because that is what will be visible even after you are long gone. I conclude this blog with this powerful message by my Inspirational Guru Robin Sharma.

Living each day to your fullest

Begin each day with few minutes for yourself meditating with an attitude of gratitude that you have been gifted with one more day to live. Visualise yourself doing what you would like to do for the day. Visualise having experiences that will do good for yourself and those around you through what you think, act and speak. Eat healthy, exercise and drink lot of water to maintain a healthy body. Think positive thoughts for yourself and others. Act with kindness and speak well of others and to others. Spend time doing what you like to do with the people you love. Find time to read and listen to music. Learn something new everyday by  living  in the moment.
When you come to the end of the day, meditate again with a attitude of gratitude knowing that all the experiences you had for the day was for your good, acknowledge any new learning and let go of what you had the desire for but did not experience. Feel the deep sense of gratitude to  your creator for giving you the peace and happiness as you close your eyes to another day.

2 important life’s lesson learnt in 2012

Lesson no 1: I’d always pray for long life for everyone one.

In 2013, I pray that it is okay to have a short life as long as it is healthy and happy

Lesson no 2: I could go to any extent to save people’s marriages. I had always believed that “Marriage is made in Heaven and ends with Death”.
In 2013, I’d rather advice that if your marriage isn’t working then probably you are with the wrong person, who does not appreciate your true value. Hence, Move On. You have one life to live and lead it with a person who appreciates and accepts you the way you are.

I conclude this post with an Attitude of Gratitude to the Universe for blessing us with a healthy and happy life and for making our marital paths meet with the right person for everlasting bliss.

Looking forward to 2013 for more of personal growth by unlearning false beliefs and learning the new.
